Beats hangs and balances. Lots of variety in this class. We will work on those cool rope beats and painful toe hangs. This class has a great warm-up rehab component , followed by hangs and beats. Ending with personal goals.

This is a great class to burn off energy. Mixing in trampoline skills and a circus circuit will get all the muscles activated while having a great time!
