Our program is aerial based.
We know every kid loves to climb a silk, hang out in the aerial loop, but we do believe in cross training and trying various skills.
We might add trapeze, hoop and a few juggling and acro throughout the session.
We often review a few skills, build strength , technique and teach new skills.
Creating a fun and engaged community is one of our biggest goals.
